Meet Sienna Charles from Kylemore. She is a long standing community leader and has stepped up her Soup Kitchen Feeding Scheme to cope with the increased demand brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic. She is currently providing food relief to 60 people.
Siena runs a charming tea room in the village called “Beker en Bord (mug and plate), but her heart really lies in the development of her community. Her passion to see transformation, empowerment and social upliftment in Kylemore is well known to everyone and her Soup Kitchen Feeding Scheme has been running for many years, first from the Kylemore Community Hall Centre, and now from her house. Siena’s vision is to “see a community filled with love, togetherness, peace and respect.”
